Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This is a full-time role available for an immediate start. About the school K-12 school in Beijing's Chaoyang District dedicated to cultivating future citizens for personal well-being, lifelong development, and social progress. By integrating general competence into subject courses and using problem-solving projects, the school adopts a "student-centered" approach to encourage active learning and real-life problem-solving skills. Job details As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions as well as: • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers • Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum • Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or above in education or related field • Teaching experience with the IB PYP curriculum • Excellent communications skills Benefits Salary and benefits • Monthly salary of 28,000 to 36,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications • Monthly housing allowance of 6,000 RMB • Public holidays • Fully paid Summer and Winter holidays • Medical health insurance • Residence and work permit provided
