Carpenter- Residential Punchlist and Finish Work

You will participate in a variety of construction projects throughout the Bay Area. **Many of our best performers earn opportunities to work on bigger projects with more pay!** Specifically, we have opportunities for you if you have experience in the following areas: • Carpentry• From rough framing to interior and exterior finish • Drywall/patching/texture and touch up • Punchlist- rework of interior finish items including but not limited to: installing and adjusting trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, caulking, adjusting doors and locks, small appliances, fixtures • Exterior finish work Requirements • Related experience is required, from trainee to journeyman level • Willingness to undertake training if necessary. • Reliability and dependability is a must.
