You will participate in a variety of construction projects as they near completion. Specifically, we have opportunities for you if you have experience in the following areas: • General Construction site labor and unit cleanup • Landfill Clean Up • Detailed interior cleaning • Painting • Drywall patching and texture • Traffic control/Flagging This position is great for you if: • You thrive in a fast paced, detail oriented environment This position isn't a good fit for you if you: • Aren't reliable, punctual or self-motivated • Can't maintain focus in a busy environment • Don't like working around other people To be successful in this position, you must work well as part of a team and individually, enjoy working indoors/outdoors, maintain quality production at a fast pace and be able to meet the physical demands of the positionGeneral Responsibilities based on specific roles may include: • Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools. • Supporting skilled tradesman and assisting as needed with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, painting, minor repairs and other construction tasks • Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment. • Removing debris from sites and final cleaning of units before handover • Following all health and safety regulations. Requirements Requirements • Related Experience is required • Willingness to follow direction, maintain a quick pace and meet deadlines • Reliability and dependability is a must. • Attention to detail • Clean Driving Record • Able to work in multiple sites*
