Journeyman HVAC Installer

Essel is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who is skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly to provide optimal comfort for our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork and refrigeration systems based on specifications. • Provide thorough maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately. • Collaborate with project managers and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects. • Stay current with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines. • Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations. Requirements Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid HVAC Journeyman license or significant equivalent experience. • 10 years of experience in HVAC installation and service. • Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and residential/commercial equipment. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor with clients. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
