Founded in 2017, we have grown to a team of 700+ employees across the globe 🌎 Headquartered in London, UK, our offices and presence are spread across Europe, Asia, North & South Africa, Middle East and South America, with our Technology hub located in Cyprus 🚀 We are a product and people focused company who are passionate about growth, innovative technology, and collaboration 🙌🏼 What you will be doing: • Research for potential clients to build a database of leads. • Provide impressive client onboarding journey and high-quality service and product information to customers to satisfy their changing financial needs. • Interact with customers through various channels such as phone call, emails, live chat to address to customer enquiries on timely and accurate manner. • Explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships by sharing our product training. • Present up-to-date markets insights to our prestigious clients. • Analyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass-market to high-net-worth segments, both locally and internationally. • Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and contribute as a strong team player. Requirements What do you need: • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/ Financial industry. • Diploma/ High Diploma/ associate or bachelor’s Degree holder of business-related discipline. • Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand China market will be an advantage. • Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment. • Self-starter and fast learner • Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset. • Fresh graduate can be considered as Trainee. • IANG visa holders are welcomed.
