Methods Engineer

What You Will Do • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing methods and production processes. • Improve productivity, workflow efficiency, and manufacturing performance. • Support new product introductions and process implementation activities. • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and production standards. How You Will Do It • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities. • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. • Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction. • Support capacity planning and line balancing activities. What We Look For • Solid experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or methods engineering. • Knowledge of process optimization, time studies, and production planning principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in a manufacturing environment. • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
