We are currently recruiting French-Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a customer service project for a major electricity and gas provider operating in the French market. Your Responsibilities • Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to electricity and gas services. • Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions. • Deliver professional, personalized, and high-quality customer service. • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving performance targets. Requirements • C1 or C2 level of French, both written and spoken (mandatory). • Currently residing in Portugal. • Legally authorized to work in Portugal. • Excellent communication and listening skills. • Customer-oriented, motivated, and proactive. • Willingness to work flexible and rotating schedules. Employment Conditions • Location: Guimarães, Portugal. • Contract: Employment contract starting on the first day of training. • Training: Paid initial training. • Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day). • Schedule: Variable and rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday. • Work arrangement: On-site during the first 3 to 4 months, with the possibility of working remotely afterward, subject to consistently meeting performance targets. • Salary: [Monthly gross salary × 14 payments]. • Expected start date: [Next training session date].
