JOB DESCRIPTION: Internship Position Structural Heart Division Lisbon & South Portugal Main Purpose of Job ·     Learn SH therapies and customers ·     Organize Logistic of SI division ·     Elaborate and maintain updated marketing and sales tools for SH ·     Maintain sales tool update for INB follow up ·     Align budget expense report throughout the year ·     Keep track of local warehouse   Key Responsibilities   ·     Customize international marketing material to local needs ·     Submit for approval all marketing and sales materials ·     Tracking budget vs plan by different concepts ·     Coordinate marketing presence in events for consistent branding and messaging ·     Coordinate agendas for workshops in hospitals ·     Coordinate all local events: Referal meetings, congreses, courses, trainings ·     Make sure that events are following the local requirements and good practices codes ·     Compliance with corporate / local policies and procedures Minimum requirements: Skills and experience  ·     Last year -- Bachelor Degree Management, Biotechnology, Biology or any Administration / Master… ·     Effective communication and branding ·     Creative and operational marketing skills ·     Project management ·     Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal, external agencies, ...) ·     Communication skills ·     Results and performance driven ·     Coordination and negotiation ·     Quality commitment ·     English (language) ·     Occasional travel within Portugal The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Administrative Support DIVISION: SH Structural Heart LOCATION: Portugal : Remote ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS: WORK SHIFT: Standard TRAVEL: No MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
