English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for an International Bilingual School in Xiamen. This position is available from the 2027-28 academic year in August 2027. Job responsibilities • Teach the subject of English to middle school students utilizing the IB MYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments • Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers • Develop supportive and safe learning environments Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field • Valid teaching certification or license • Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience • lB MYP school experience preferred • Home-country teaching license preferred Benefits Salary and benefits • Monthly salary range of 22,000 to 27,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications • Monthly housing allowance of 4500 to 5000 RMB • Paid summer and winter holidays • Public holidays • Schooling for the employee’s children • Commercial insurance • Reimbursable relocation allowance of 6000-10000 RMB • Reimbursable flight allowance • Incentives for completion of contract • Residence and work permit sponsored
