Grill/Smoked Food Specialist - CDP - VIP Private Family

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Grill/Smoked Food Specialist - CDP with strong expertise in live grilling, BBQ, and premium meat preparation to join a VIP Private Family. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, technically skilled, and capable of preparing high-quality grilled dishes while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and execute a variety of grilled and BBQ dishes. • Specialize in charcoal, wood-fired, and gas grilling techniques. • Handle premium cuts of beef, lamb, poultry, seafood, and other grilled specialties. • Prepare marinades, sauces, rubs, and side dishes to complement grilled items. • Ensure proper cooking temperatures, timing, and consistency. • Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control. • Manage the grill section independently and ensure smooth daily operations. • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards. • Assist with menu preparation and introduce new grill and BBQ specialties. Requirements • Proven experience as a Grill Chef or Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in grilling and BBQ. • Strong knowledge of international grilling techniques and BBQ styles. • Hands-on experience with premium meats and seafood. • Previous experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or VIP private households is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and manage the grill section. • Creative, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional food quality. • Must be comfortable providing live grilling services during private family gatherings. • Must be available for a 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE if required. Benefits Salary: AED10,000 - AED15,000
