Concierge (As Needed)

The Legacy at North Augusta is seeking a PRN Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional service to residents, families, guests, and team members. As a Concierge, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces people see when they enter our community. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment while providing outstanding customer service and supporting the day-to-day needs of the front desk. Pay Range: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour (Final offer based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications) Schedule: PRN | Any Shift What You’ll Do • Warmly greet residents, families, visitors, and guests • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally • Assist residents and visitors with questions and general information • Monitor the reception area and help maintain a welcoming environment • Support administrative and front-desk responsibilities as needed • Communicate effectively with team members across the community • Provide attentive, courteous, and resident-focused service What We’re Looking For • A friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment • Dependability and flexibility to work PRN across any shift • Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience is a plus • Ability to read and speak English Why Join Our Team?
