Client Services Representative (Not a Call Center)

Phone-based, but not a call center job. What you'll do • Make follow-up and survey calls to members, and request reviews • Explain Assured Care benefits and keep members informed about plan updates • Connect members with a network attorney for will updates, trust changes, and estate settlement • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve member questions, and keep accurate case notes • With training, grow into supporting families and successor trustees through estate settlement • Provide backup front desk coverage as needed What you get • W-2 employment with weekly pay • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
