Head of Marketplaces

ABOUT THE COMPANY We're looking for a Head of Marketplaces for our client, a DTC jewelry brand behind waterproof, tarnish-proof jewelry made to be worn every day. THE ROLE IN SHORT You'll set up and own the brand's marketplace channel, starting with Amazon US and expanding to key regional marketplaces, with full ownership of P&L and growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own P&L and growth on Amazon US first, then across key regional marketplaces - Build and execute the marketplace roadmap: listings, content, ads, promotions - Drive ranking, rating and review strategy across platforms - Lead marketplace ad spend, bidding and performance analytics WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years scaling consumer brands on Amazon - Recent hands-on experience growing brands on Amazon US - Deep command of marketplace SEO, ads and algorithmic levers - Proven P&L ownership on a 7- or 8-figure marketplace channel - Sharp analytical skills: comfortable in the data and in the detail NICE TO HAVE - Experience launching marketplace channels in new regions - Dutch language skills LOCATION & FORMAT - Europe - Fully remote - B2B contract
