Immediate start │ 15–20 hours per week │ Ettlingen Want to see how HR works day to day while you’re still studying, and make a real difference? Then join our HR team. From day one, you’ll be part of the action, contribute your own ideas and be seen as a full member of the team, not just an extra pair of hands. What you’ll do: • Support day-to-day operations alongside our HR Business Partners • Recruiting from start to finish: job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates • Administrative HR tasks • Help shape our people development activities, ideally with your own ideas • Research learning and development topics • Support onboarding and offboarding Requirements What you bring: • Studies in business administration, psychology or a comparable field with a focus on HR • Initial HR experience is a plus • Solid MS Office skills and an enthusiasm for digital tools • Quick to learn, with a structured and precise way of working • A calm head, even on busy days • Excellent German and at least good English skills, both written and spoken Benefits What you can look forward to: • An open and supportive team • Varied and exciting tasks • Thorough onboarding that sets you up for success • Flexible working hours that fit around your semester schedule • Regular feedback meetings on your development
