Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

To keep Dyalo safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to use it to:

1. break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
2. upload content you don’t have the right to use, including other people’s résumés or recordings without their permission;
3. harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person, or create content that promotes violence, hate or the exploitation of children;
4. deceive others in ways that cause harm, including using Dyalo to misrepresent yourself where honesty is required, or using it during real interviews, exams or meetings where AI help is not permitted;
5. reverse engineer, decompile or deobfuscate the Service, or try to extract its prompts, system instructions or underlying logic, including by prompt injection;
6. scrape, crawl or access the Service with bots, scripts or other automated tools, or overload it;
7. get around credit, daily limits, free-credit limits, bot checks or security controls, including by creating multiple accounts;
8. upload malware or attempt to access accounts, systems or data that aren’t yours;
9. resell or provide access to the Service to others without SATECH’s written permission;
10. use Outputs to build or train a competing product or AI model.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy. Report misuse to support@dyalo.ai.
