Refund Policy
Effective date: October 17, 2026
Dyalo credit is prepaid, whether you buy it in packs or receive it each month with a plan. Credit pays the AI providers for the work done on your behalf, so credit that has been used can’t be refunded. Here’s how refunds work:

| Monthly plan payment, allowance partly used, within 14 days | Refund of the unused share of that month |
| Canceling a plan | Stops future renewals. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for; the remaining days aren’t refunded, except as described above. |

How to ask. Email support@dyalo.ai from your account email with the date and amount of the purchase or plan payment. To cancel a plan yourself, open your account in Dyalo and choose “Manage subscription and receipts”. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the matching credit is removed from your account.
Chargebacks. If you have a problem, please contact us first; we can usually fix it quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
EU and UK customers. You have a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, including a new plan, within 14 days. At checkout you ask us to make your credit or plan allowance available immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credit you use. Unused credit and unused plan allowance can still be refunded within 14 days as described above.
If Dyalo is discontinued, we will refund the unused portion of purchased credit and of the current month’s plan payment.
